It is Bastille Day.
A prerecorded message from "Denise Miller from Account Services." After pressing 1, it was the chipmunk classical hold music (baroque piano piece). After a few minutes, Edgar Lopez answered. He transferred me to a supervisor, Phillip. Phillip transferred the call. There was a ring, and then, silence.
But, the last thing Phillip said sounded like "We're phishing-- just like you're phishing."
